Nadia Prescott
Nadia Prescott is the Founder of Emerging Executive. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the International Association of Coaches.
As a consultant and coach, Nadia has over 20 years of experience working with leading Fortune 500 and small- to medium-sized businesses in the US and Europe. Her passion and energy come from working with individuals to develop processes and learn the skills to move past roadblocks and create personal transformations and business results. Recent clients include Autodesk, Cornell University, Auburn Public Theater, Rational Animal, Hope for Bereaved, Gifford Foundation, New York Watershed Agricultural Council, Growth & Learning Opportunities Inc, Options, A Benefits Training Foundation, Family Restoration House, Working Wonders, Bay Area Children First, Lawler & Lawler, RC & Associates, and Tech S2. In the late 1980s, Nadia held various marketing positions with the Cap Gemini Sogeti organization. She developed considerable expertise in working with both product and service groups and was recognized as an outstanding performer in the manufacturing products organization. She was also one of the instrumental players in developing the company's strategy for the Retail and Distribution sector. In the early 1990s, Nadia started her own consultancy business in the UK , where she worked with small- to medium-sized businesses in healthcare and high tech. Impressed with the quality of her work, an international client offered her a permanent leadership role at the company's North America headquarters. From the mid 1990s, Nadia worked with PeopleSoft in the US where she was recognized for outstanding marketing performance within her first 18 months and again 3 years later. As a result of her plans and programs, within one year the PeopleSoft Supply Chain products moved to the visionary position in the renowned Gartner Industry Analyst Magic Quadrants. Her innovative sales generation programs consistently delivered above average results for the industry. Her team consistently delivered on time and to budget and had fun in the process. She developed a reputation as a fair but uncompromising leader with a team-oriented management style. Since 2000, she has combined her strengths in marketing and consulting with her passion for helping people in nonprofit and high tech organizations realize their true potential. Her practice focuses on working with organizations wanting to focus on innovative marketing and fundraising programs, and develop inspirational leadership to help build teams motivated for success . Nadia is a graduate and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Communications, Advertising and Marketing Foundation in the UK. She has continually expanded both her coaching and consulting skills through participating in accredited programs including graduating as a Certified Professional Coach from The Coaches Training Institute. |

James Milojkovic (pr. Miloy'ko'vich) is the Founder and Chief Education Officer of KnowledgePassion. Deborah Scott is the principal of Sage Associates, Inc., a nonprofit consultancy for government and non-government organizations. Founded in 1992, Sage Associates, Inc., is an integrity-based organization with a mission to provide high quality, creative integrated services that improve the ability of communities to better the health and well-being of their members. Sage offers expertise and experience in working with Federal- and state-funding streams, national and local private foundations, community-based organizations and for-profit enterprises. Vally Kovary
Vally Kovary is a management consultant specializing in strategic management and organizational development. Vally earned a master's degree in business (MBA) and a master's in international studies (MA) concurrently as a member of the pioneer class of The Wharton School's Lauder Institute for International Management, at the University of Pennsylvania. She brings to the practice more than 30 years of service to the private and non-profit sectors in the U.S., Latin America, the Middle East and former Soviet Union. Vally’s commitment to the non-profit sector has included serving on numerous boards of directors, including those of Planned Parenthood, and Project Kesher, an international women’s organization operating in the former Soviet Union. She speaks Hebrew and has also studied Spanish and German. She is especially passionate about helping non-profits build their capacity, and about education, collaborative community development, and human rights.

Sheila Gibson, Capital M Associates
Sheila Gibson is the CEO and Founder of CapitalM Associates, specializing in the development of integrated sales and marketing processes for global IT companies. She has over 20 years experience of marketing leadership and held CMO, Senior VP and General Management responsibilities in 4 global software businesses. She has lbeen responsible for the transformation in culture from sales and technology driven companies to a marketing led approach. This involved the definition, internal positioning and launch of new product marketing processes actively integrating sales, marketing & engineering. It also included the development of corporate brands, positioning, messaging and implementation internationally. Her experience also includes extensive participation in mergers & acquisitions and investment rounds. Sheila's experience also includes business analysis, strategic planning, operational planning & budgeting and corporate business development in direct sales and through alliances and channels. Mitch Myers
 |
Mitch Myers has over 20-years experience in non-profit leadership with a particular expertise in the development and implementation of financial and administration systems. In 1997 he was awarded the Exemplary Director for the State of California by the California School-Age Consortium (CALSAC). Until 2005 he was Executive Director of Growth & Learning Opportunities Inc., an accredited and state licensed before and after school childcare program serving over 800 children in San Francisco. He was responsible for the successful implementation of an infrastructure project to support multiple childcare sites, and led the organization through the National After School Association's accreditation process. Mitch also developed a financial strategy to secure diversified funding for the organization, which included income from investments and grant funding. In 2003, he was appointed to the Child Care Planning and Advisory Council (CPAC) by the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department where he chaired public council meetings with stakeholders advocating the importance of early care and education in child care. From 2005-2007 he led a consulting project to restructure the accounting and administrative function of Novo Arts Inc, a fine arts consulting organization in New York City. He is currently General Manager and Interim Executive Director of Atchison Village Mutual Home Owners Corporation, in Richmond, California. Mitch holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of California Santa Barbara. He now resides in San Francisco.
