Executive Coaching is a confidential one-on-one executive development program designed to accelerate and support the growth of future leaders and important contributors within organizations. It is designed to help individuals expand beyond their current capacity and keep producing at their potential and beyond.

The Executive Circle

This six-month program is designed to give executive directors of smaller, emerging nonprofits or newly promoted executive directors, the business and communication skills, support and accountability necessary to take your organization to the next level. The program combines group work, one-on-one individual coaching, formal presentations and practical experience.

Consulting

Depending on your organization’s needs, we assist in helping your organization understand and address its issues, or work on specific projects. Areas of interest may include strategic planning, board development, fundraising strategy, marketing or program development. We address both long-term and short-term projects and work collaboratively with you to ensure you have the ability to replicate processes in the future.

Grant Writing

For those organizations that do not have the skills or resources in-house to prepare grants, we offer grant writing services which may include research for suitable funding organizations, as well as writing the grant proposal.

Meeting Facilitation
